Brief: To create a memorable event with a unique stage set and feel over two days with a gala dinner component.
Result: The event was brought in on budget for the A/V and approximately $6,000 less than the competitors quote. Our custom built stage set effect with low power LED lighting changed the look from session to session and allowed for ‘gobo’ projection of the corporate logo as well as themed video content outside the normal projection screen area.
