HD Boardroom Meeting Projector Hire Sydney

This simple, easy to setup and easy to use data projector hire is a great way to display your content for any small boardroom style meeting in Sydney.

The WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200) is supported by most major devices, and with a contrast ratio of 15000:1 your blacks will appear ‘blacker’ – and your colours more vibrant.  FYI – WUXGA is basically similar to 1080 in video resolutions.

This projector’s brightness is measured at 3,400 ANSI lumens, which is enough to work in most corporate spaces with overhead fluorescent lighting.  You will always get the best results by avoiding direct sunlight and controlling the ambient light in the room as much as possible.

The built-in speakers are suitable for most boardroom style meetings of 5-10 people.  If you really need high quality sound or if you have a slightly larger audience please let us know and we can discuss the best solution for your needs.

With a standard HDMI input and support for older VGA or even composite video, you can be confident it will work in any situation.

We can also supply USB-C, Apple MacBook, iPhone / iPad and other adapters (like Lenovo full size HDMI etc) to make it work with just about every device.

You can project onto a white wall, however for the best result we strongly recommend a professional projection screen (starting at 1.8m wide) for maximum light reflection.

As an example of screen size, to comfortably project a 1.8m wide image, the projector will need to sit between 2.34m and 3.00m from the screen.
