What we delivered:
What a night! Dinner, dancing, famous MC’s and a live online auction gave the audience an experience to remember. In a packed room, we utilised 16′ (4.9m) projection screens, 8000 Lumen 720p projectors and a skilled live-to-screen camera operator to ensure that the entire audience had clear vision of the proceedings.
With a cleverly distributed audio system and top of the line Shure ULXD microphones we made sure they could hear everything without breaking the bank. Our vision switching equipment and skilled operator at the desk made sure that we managed a fluid program seamlessly – switching between live camera, powerpoint content and a live internet website for the auction!
