Over the weekend Conference Data Services was proud to support Football NSW at their October Coaches Conference, featuring the world re-knowned coach Raymond Verheijen. Held at Valentines Sports Park with over 170 coaches from across NSW in attendance, the event explored the philosophies and mind set of a top level coach, with one major theme being ‘raising the bar’.
We are pleased to say that the event was designed and delivered within the client’s budget. Our support included two projection screens, lectern with microphones, foldback monitor, four radio microphones with sound system and onsite support for the duration of the event. Installation and packdown ran exactly to time, and challenges that arose were dealt with professionally onsite. Mr Verheijen even commented during his talk on our high standards!
On a personal note, I have attended many conferences and seminars and I would have to say that Mr Verheijen’s outlook and point of view was, while sometimes controversial, incredibly forthright and inspirational… and judging by the tweets below delegates obviously thought so as well.
While obviously football focussed, Mr Verheijen’s message can be applied to any industry or undertaking. Strive for the highest standards, communicate effectively with established parameters and remain focussed on the goals you have set. Thank you for the opportunity to listen to this message.
